When will my oder be shipped?

We strive to ship your order on the same day it is placed if it is placed before 2pm. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm or on a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.

During peak periods, such as sales, please allow a few extra days for your order to be shipped. We will send you confirmation details, including tracking information, as soon as your order is shipped.

Please note that orders placed on a non-working day will be shipped the next working day.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, we will send you an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.

How long is the delivery time?

Europe: 3-5 working days
UK and USA: 4-7 working days
