Returns

While we hope you love everything you order, we offer returns within 14 days of item delivery. Please see below for return requirements.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition and with all original packaging and hang tags attached
  • Worn or damaged pieces will not be accepted for return, unless you have contacted us separately with a specific claim and we have accepted.
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded
  • We can not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots
  • FELI AIRT has the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the return requirements or returned without request
  • When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage
  • Return shipping will be at your own cost, and will be deducted from your refund
  • Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged (10 EUR for the return shipping in Germany, 20 EUR within EU and 25 EUR for UK and USA.) Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return

 

How to make a return

We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment. To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return:

  1. Click here for our Return Portal to start your return
  2. Enter your order number and zip code associated with the order
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Choose the correct reason for your return
  5. If you're located in Germany, you will get your shipping QR Code immediately and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  6. For international Returns (outside of Germany) we will provide you with a return label via email after you completed the return process
  7. Please note, a return shipping fee will be charged (10 EUR for the return shipping in Germany, 20 EUR within EU and 25 EUR for UK and USA) and will be deducted from your refund. Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return
  8. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.

Good to know

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately at contact@feli-airt.com instead of filling out our returns form. Please don't forget to include a photo of the item in your message. We will then inform you about the next steps.
